1. General Refund Policy
At Cholmarephralir, we are committed to providing high-quality budget-friendly eating consultation services. We understand that circumstances change, and we have established this refund policy to ensure fair treatment for both our clients and our business.
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances and the nature of services already provided.
2. Consultation Services
2.1 Individual Consultations
Cancellation Before Service: If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 48 hours before the appointed time, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling: Consultations may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice may be accommodated based on availability.
2.2 Package Services
If you have purchased a package of multiple consultations:
- Refunds are prorated based on the number of sessions completed
- The rate for completed sessions will be calculated at the single-session rate, not the package discount rate
- Any refundable balance will be returned within 14 business days
- Package services must be used within the specified timeframe (typically 6-12 months from purchase)
3. Meal Planning Services
Before Delivery: If you cancel before your customized meal plan has been created and delivered, you will receive a full refund.
After Delivery: Once a customized meal plan has been delivered, refunds are generally not available as the service has been rendered. However, we will address any concerns about the quality or appropriateness of the meal plan and may offer revisions or adjustments at no additional charge.
Quality Concerns: If you believe the meal plan does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and may offer a revision or partial refund at our discretion.
4. Educational Workshops and Group Sessions
Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before: Full refund available
Cancellation 3-7 Days Before: 50% refund
Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before: No refund
Workshop Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a workshop for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund or the option to attend a future workshop.
5. Digital Products and Resources
Due to the digital nature of downloadable resources (such as recipe collections, meal planning templates, or educational guides), refunds are generally not available once you have accessed or downloaded the product.
However, if you experience technical issues preventing access or if the product is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that unexpected situations arise. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant life events) will be considered individually. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services already rendered in full
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
- Consultations missed without advance notice (no-shows)
- Services canceled with insufficient notice (as specified above)
10. Dissatisfaction with Services
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues before considering refund requests.
In cases where services have been partially delivered, we may offer:
- Complimentary revision or adjustment of deliverables

- Partial refund for unused portions of service
